Return Policy

We’re happy to accept returns if you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. Please request your return within this timeframe. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item should maintain its original quality without any signs of wear or damage. This includes ensuring that the leather has not been marked, scratched, or altered in any way. 

When returning leather rolls, please ensure they are rolled in the same way and direction as they were delivered. Please ship it back in the same packaging it was delivered to you.

Alternatively, you can contact us at info@gazanaleather.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not refundable:

  • Final sale products
  • Special offer products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (purchase amount minus return shipping cost) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
