Segma Snap Setters

This Segma snap setter is made in Japan with exceptional precision and quality, designed especially for leathercraft. It was developed to achieve the strongest possible hold for Segma snap fasteners.

For the female spring snap fittings, the setter’s fitting shape is mirror-finished to match the shape of the snap, ensuring the metal curls cleanly and securely around 360 degrees, allowing the snap to stay firmly in place. For the male snap fittings, the setter’s hole diameter and depth are carefully designed to secure the fitting to the leather without deformation.

These setters are engineered to deliver clean, professional results when installing Segma snaps. The handle’s textured surface prevents slipping, providing a steady, secure grip during work. The entire Segma snap setter is nickel-plated to resist rust and ensure long-lasting durability.

Setter base (sold separately) is available for precise installation. Round drive punch is also sold separately.

Compatible with: Hasi-Hato Segma Snaps.

Note: Do not use a metal hammer, as it may cause deformation and damage the plating, leading to rust. Instead, use a wooden hammer, poly maul, or mallet.
