This leather is 100% vegetable-tanned using one of nature’s finest tannins—mimosa extract. The tanning process not only enhances the leather’s strength but also enriches its natural color.

Unfinished and undyed, this leather serves as the perfect canvas for your creativity. It is ready for embossing, tooling, stamping, molding, and the application of various dyes and finishes, making it ideal for leather for crafting, from small leather goods to larger bags and light equestrian gear.

Leather hides are available in two sizes: Small Side – 23-25 sq ft, and Large Side – 26-28 sq ft. We’ve divided the leather sides into two groups to create smaller size ranges, ensuring you get the best value for your money. Since hides come from animals with natural, irregular shapes, their measurements vary, which is why the size is provided as a range.

For smaller leather craft projects, we also offer pre-cut leather panels.

Due to its 100% natural treatment, this leather develops a rich patina over time as it gradually absorbs oils from handling and reacts to environmental factors such as humidity or sunlight , giving each leather craft project a unique character.

However, occasional minor blemishes and imperfections may be present, as full-grain leather is the most natural type, with its surface and grain left intact to retain the hide's original texture and markings.
