Leather Edge Slicker

This edge slicker, also known as a burnisher an essential tool for leathercraft. It's used to smooth and polish leather edges by friction. Use an edge beveler first to prep the edge, then follow with the slicker to burnish it smooth.

To use it, apply a burnishing agent to the leather edge, then rub the tool back and forth until the edge smooths out and develops a shine.

The 4 grooves let it handle a range of leather thicknesses, and two ends can also be used to push and shape leather during carving or embossing.
