This rotary cutter's 28mm blade glides smoothly through both stiff and stretchy materials without snagging, puckering, or tearing, ideal for freehand curves as well as straight lines with a straightedge.

One tool handles a wide range of craft materials: paper, leather, fabric, vinyl, and thin rubber sheets. The compact, ambidextrous body fits comfortably in either hand, and the blade retracts into the body for safe storage when not in use.

Comes pre-installed with a 28mm rolling blade.
