Product SpecificationsToko Tough Coat is a premium leather top finish and sealer in one bottle.
This finish forms a film five times more durable than conventional finishes. What makes it special are its premium ingredients, it’s upgraded from acrylic resin to high-grade urethane resin, which is at least three times more expensive than standard acrylic resin.
Outstanding Water Resistance: Urethane resin gives Toko Tough Coat excellent water resistance, forming a strong, durable film that protects the leather surface.
Outstanding Wear Resistance: Formulated with urethane resin, this finish offers exceptional wear resistance and strong protection against cracking and peeling. Urethane resin is the same high-performance material used in premium automotive and furniture upholstery finishes.
Toko Tough Coat is ideal for vegetable-tanned leather, leaving a very pleasant, smooth touch and no odor. After application, it leaves the leather with a very pleasant, smooth touch and, importantly, does not leave any odor on the leather.
Tips: Can be diluted with water. Apply a thin initial coat, as the first absorption may cause staining. Once the initial layer has been absorbed, apply subsequent coats as needed.
Note: For leather crafting only. Shake well before use. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Keep away from children. Store in a cool, dark place. This is a water-based product and may freeze and become unusable if exposed to freezing temperatures.
