Economy Grade may include more visible features such as veins, wrinkles, color variation, growth marks, brand marks, and scars. Variations may also appear on the flesh side.

This leather is ideal for tooling, stamping, molding, and dyeing, and accepts dyes and finishes perfectly.

They are a great option for projects where character matters more than a perfectly clean surface, and where price is an important consideration. They are also a perfect choice for practicing, testing techniques, and learning for beginners.
